After applying Patch 10111967, unable to compile INVOBGEN.pll

 Apps 11.5.10.2

Applied patch 10111967.  This has several pre req patches and they were applied.
Post patch 10207297 after applying INV RUP23.  This is a mandatory patch.
This was applied as well.

f60gen module=INVOBGEN.pll userid=apps/apps output_file=$AU_TOP/resource/INVOBGEN.plx module_type=library batch=no compile_all>

While trying to compile INVOBGEN.pll I'm getting 

Compilation errors on CHILD_TREE:
PL/SQL ERROR 201 at line 106, column 15
identifier 'MTL_GEN_TEMP' must be declared
PL/SQL ERROR 0 at line 106, column 3
SQL Statement ignored

Don't have exact hits on this but found a few old SRs and
