Creating a stamp in AutoVue for Engineering Documents

I am a new user to AutoVue and am trying to figure out how to create a stamp to be placed on an Engineering drawing once all comments have been consolidated.  The stamp will need to contain check boxes, a signature line for electronic signature and a date line.  Is this something that can be done?  I've looked at the help information but wasn't clear on how to proceed.
