rebuild RAC stand by server still looking for missing archive log sequence

After rebuilding the standby database from the primary database backup using RMAN standby database is still looking for the same archive log sequence that is not available. Any suggestion  what can be done here
My environment is win2003server with oracle 10.2.0.4 RAC and data guard
