Shipping Netwrok Form Error

Hi All,The issue I am facing is as mentioned below

1) When I open the shipping networks form from "A" responsibility for a particular org, It opens fine.

2) When I open it from "B" responsibility for the same org it throws an error.

The error is related to a value set attached to a flex field.(Something like Value for segment <<>> does not exist). I would now like to know is it because of some profile option which is not set for "B" resp

Note: The flex field is related to accounting segments(Legal entity etc)
