Hi,
We are trying to apply Patch#7690975  on our instance. During Analysis We found that there are a few pre-requisite patches mentioned in the description part of the readme document. Two of the patches had a requirement:

1. Patch 5394384 for customers on 11i.PA.M or 11i.PA.N
2.  Patch 5609399 for customers on projects patchset below 11i.PA.M but above 11.5.10.
Upon investigation we found that we were on 11i.PA.L, So we require patch#5609399 to be applied, which was also applied.

There was also this third patch #6340867, which was part of the list. In its readme, the following information is specified:
