ORA-29275: partial multibyte character

 when I am executing select * from po_interface_errors  this statement 

I am getting error 
ORA-29275: partial multibyte character


I am using window & .My colleague is using window Xp He is not getting this error. I have also try on other window 7 system.Same error coming .Any solution for this problem.
