Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. at the time of ship confirm, DSNO file is not generated.

program didnt ran automatically so I manually executed it.

but still DSNO file is not generated.

1 ) How to set DSNO program so that it can run automatically after doing ship confirm?

2 ) What should be the cause that DSNO is not generated?
