'ABO Bulk Request Import Workflow' invocation

Hi
We want to make Bulk request functionality automated,  in that we want to Invoke 'ABO Bulk Request Import Workflow' from non ui context in order to make xml file import for bulk request. Is it is possible to run that workflow separately as a stand alone workflow to import the xml file.
