R12: Contract Status Change API Changes

Hi,

In R12, I've found Contract Status API does not change the Contract's status from HOLD to EXPIRED even the "End date" has been passed for the particular contract. In further investigation I found in OKCRSTSB.pls all the cursors are modified against the Bud ID 4915692 which are calling for the making contract status from HOLD to EXPIRED.

Can anyone please let me know any why in R12 changing contract's status from HOLD to EXPIRED functionality is obsolete which was available in R11!
