Upgraded Oracle apps GL Module release 11.5.9 to release 11.5.10.2

Hi,

We have Upgraded Oracle apps GL Module release 11.5.9 to release 11.5.10.2 in TEST environment, now currently same activities going to implement in QA environment.

I have few queries, please provide the clarification as follow:

1.To Upgrade Oracle apps GL Module release 11.5.9 to release 11.5.10.2?  How many patches are present and what are they?

2.How to merge multiple patches into a single patch or more? if it's possible, what is various options to approach?

3.In QA environment, while applying limited number of patches in down time with in less time period. if we immediately bring up system application for users? What is the impact?  if it's possible, what is various options to approach?
