Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to do receipt with the different currency from invoice currency?

Hi everyone,

I have the invoice (THB) but the customer pay as USD.

I tried to do receipt with USD but seem the balance is not correct.

Is there any setup to allow receipt with dirrerent currency from invoice currency?

Could you please advise?
