How is the Hierarchy generated at the step 'Get Instance' in the workflow "SIS OM Edit Service Order Line Item".
I have genearated the Log file for a Sales Order. The action I performed on UI are:
1. Queried for a Sales Order and drill down on it
2. Clicked the Customise button
3. Selected a component product and clicked the Done Button in the Product Configurator View.
I have ABO enabled.
I put BS step (using EAI XML Write to File) after the step 'Get Instance' in the workflow "SIS OM Edit Service Order Line Item" to write the process property "Requested Service Item" to a xml file.
