EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) When accessing 11i

Hi,

The software specification of the client which uses to longing to EBS 11i is as follows,

IE Version 8 (32 bit)

OS Windows 7

And when it tries to logging to EBS the following text file copying to desktop and it minimizes the performance as well.
