Reports in HA environment

What happens in HA environment in these three situations:
- What happens if none of the reports server in the cluster respond to the request ?

- What happens if the ALL reports server respond after timeout set in rwnetwork.conf file ? ( 1000 ms default for 3 retry)

- What happens if ONE  of the clustered reports server responds after timeout set in rwnetwork.conf file ? ( 1000 ms default for 3 retry)
