Publicly Displaying "Top Activity" Page

I don’t know if this is the correct community for this question, but I have to start somewhere.

In Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control 11g (11.1) after selecting a Database target and navigating to the Performance > Top Activity page we see a graph of Active Session refreshed every 15 seconds.

I’m searching for a way to publicly display that page continuously (24x7) in much the same way live Olympic events are shown by clicking on a web site link.  For example, if I were a developer or business analyst, I could click on the link for the “DB1” database and a window opens of the “Top Activity” page.   This feature would allow the viewer to have a visual understanding of how the database is performing at that point in time without an OEM account or logging into OEM.

Howdy, Stranger!
