Backout Plan for poresrel.sql

  Hi Experts,
One of my Release stuck in workflow with status "In-Process", we need to reverse the same to "in-complete" or "requires-re-approval" status.

For that we have a oracle provided script poresrel.sql

But My DBA want to know the Backout Plan to run this (Means - somethings  to restore back the changes we are doing, if something goes wrong)

Could anyone help me for the same
