9.0 R47011 Performance Issue

Hi All,
The R47011 (EDI Inbound Purchase Order) is taking more than an hour to process 100 lines from EDI Table (F47010/F47012). It is calling P4210 application where Agreement is activated.

Any suggestions on how to increase the performance?
