Tuning of Concurrent Managers to reduce the number of Programs failing.

Hi,

Since a few months we were facing the issue that a large amount of concurrent programs ( reports) were failing and when we raised SR with oracle then they suggested to Reduce the number of parallel processes for a particular Manager. We did the change. But we are not sure whether changing the "Cache Size" of a Concurrent Manager will help us achieve the target of getting lower number of failed requests.

Please suggest as we need an urgent solution.
