Create Custom Object record via WebLink

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question
Hello,

I am trying to create a Custom object record via weblink field on Opportunity and also I would like to copy opportunity Id to a short text field on the cusyom object.

Here's what I have tried

This brings up the Detail page but the Opp Id doesn't get copied to custom field on the custom object.
