Switch from Desktop ADI to Web ADI and Report Manager - BI Publisher question

Hi,

we are on eBS 11.5.10.2 and switching from Desktop ADI to Web ADI and Report Manager. We have raised a SR asking for the patches we need to apply to implement both Web ADI and Report Manager and have obtained the list of patches required.

We have not mentioned in the SR that we have not been using BI Publisher so far. Is that an issue? Do we need to raise that as there are additional patches which need to be applied so that we can work on themes and FSG's with BI publisher?
