Copper Surcharge in OM

Hi All,

 Has anybody handled Copper Surcharge requirements in OM and AR?

 For example in some countries, the final price of the product will vary depending upon the percentage of copper included in it. How is it handled? Do we have any standard solution to it? If you have handled this earlier, can you please let me know?

 How to mention the exact percentage of copper included in the final product, how the does the final price changes, do we need any modifiers for that etc.
