New Parent Value not in Detail Rollups by Operating Unit Report

Hello,

I created a new parent value under the segment operating unit in the general ledger module. GL responsibility > Setup > Financials > Key > Values

Checked the Parent Box and Qualifiers for Allow Budgeting / Allow Posting are set to NO. then defined the Child Ranges for this parent

From: 300  To: 312

In the View Hierarchies all values are listed.

When running the Detail Rollups by Operating Unit, the new parent is not listed in the report. Also when running an Income Statement using the new parent, no data is

displayed on the report.

What am I missing? Any help would be very much appreciated.
