Projects are not appearing in Project LOV at PO distribution for Inventory Item

Hi,
While creating the Purchase Requisition/Purchase Order for inventory, Projects  are not coming in the List of Values for Inventory Item.Where as projects  are coming in LOV for expense items.

Why?? any Set-up issue?

Project Manufacturing module is installed.
