Unable to create credit memo-reg

Hi,

User not able to apply the credit memo against an invoice. she is getting the below exception when she try to select value from the LOV for the field APPLY_TO.

FRM-40735: KEY-LISTVAL trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.

Please help us to get this resolved.
