How to calculate a reasonable process time

Is there some sort of mathematical equation that can be used to determine if the processing time of the Import, Validate or Export functions in FDM given a certain number of records, entities or accounts? 

Are there any known charts or tables that can provide a reasonable base line for processing times of the Import, Validate or Export functions in FDM?
