Extract Change Event Log Purge Proces - table BEN_EXT_CHG_EVT_LOG

Hi,

I tried to run the Extract Change Event Log Purge Process (note 1460423.1) so I can delete a contact who is an ex-employee with benefits attached. Per the note after I run the process, I should be able to delete the contact. I ran the process in commit mode as of today and I was not able to delete the contact. Any thoughts? Thx.
