Program Publish FSG does not print FSG report in separate tabs

We upgraded from 11i to R12. In 11i our users were using ADI to publish FSG reports in MS-Excel. In R12 we are using Publish FSG concurrent program from GL to publish FSG report. The program can publish FSG in MS-Excel but when FSG report has a content set, this program print entire FSG on same tab as opposed to separate tab. Our requirement is print FSG into separate tabs.

As a work around we can use Report Manager, but it require more testing and training time to deploy. My question is if anyone knows how to print FSG directly from GL concurrent program into multiple tabs of MS-Excel in R12. Appreciate your comments, tips and suggestions.
