Question on the sourcing module functionality - will appreciate any suggestion ?

Hi,

We are in R12.1.3 version, I have two question on the functionalities of the sourcing module:

1. As per the help documentation - it says 'If you wish to use staggered closing for your negotiation line, click the Staggered Closing checkbox and specify the Close Date and the time interval to elapse between line closing'. When i go to the CONTROLS tab of the sourcing RFQ entry page, i do not see the Staggered Closing checkbox. Is it related to some setup issue ?

Please check the attached screen shot for details of the fields i am referring to.

2. In the CONTROLS tab of the sourcing RFQ entry page, what is the meaning of 'Allow supplier to select lines on which to respond' ???
