R12 INV Concurrent Request for Lot/Serial Milestones

Hi,
R12 Inventory module functionality includes a concurrent request which can initiate a workflow if a lot or serial approaches any key milestone dates such as expiration, retest or best-by date.
It has been stated in the key features of the module. On the other hand, I couldn't find name of the of the program.

Could you please help to find the name of the program and if possible details of this program.
