Hi,
We are encountering an issue which is similar to the one mentioned in MOS Note ID 1072939.1 (which is applicable to versions 11.5.10 and later).

The fix in the note is suggested via a patch 7584055. Kindly inform if the patch is compatible with 12.1.3. Alternatively suggest a patch which is compatible with 12.1.3 and is intended to solve a similar problem.
