RMAN DUPLICATE FROM ACTIVE DATABASE FAILED ORA-01152

Hi -

I have very strange situation.  I've used this command a lot of times, did not have any problems.  This time duplicate from active database ended with error ORA-01152.  I searched MOS, found a bug 9044053, installed it.  It did not help.  After that I've decided to compare log files from such a command on another server, but with the same release of ORACLE = 11.2.0.1.  On that other server duplicate command did not have any problems.  I found one thing:
