OTL: Stopping Employees From Updating Timecards in Working Status

Hi,

I see error message on timecard time entry form if I try to update timecard in working status

" Timecard is locked by onther user. Try again in 20 minites"

This issue is creating a problem for user testing.

Any Suggestions.
