OraSSO Default Login Page

I've inherited an Oracle Application Server (10.1.2.3) that is running Oracle SSO integrated with a third-party application (RSA).  When you try to access the website on the server, you get directed to: /pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin.ls_login  which brings up a custom login page in the third-party application's directory.  What we can not figure out is how ORASSO knows how to forward the user to that particular page.  I've looked through the various configuration files and through the INFRA database, but can't find where this location is configured.
Can anyone point me in the right direction on where I might be able to find this and/or change it to a different login page?
