Customer Account Sites do not show up on the Customer standard form

Hi

After the upgrade , some of the customer account sites do not show up on the customer standard form - - See screen shots

We also have access to the AR accounts and sites from e business center form - the sites DO show up here 

Note that the accounts and sites were created by a program using the standard APIs

Any program / profile option that needs to be run/ checked to populate them
