Pos server startup before user logins the system

 Is it possible to launch pos store server automatically when system is restarted before user log in the system. By adding store server in start-up in windows machine it starts automatically when system is restarted after user logs in the machine , But i would like to know before user login the system how can we make it ?
Lets say if pos server machine is restarted then automatically server must be started ( before any user logs in to the machine) and it should be able to reach by pos clients installed on other machines.
