how i can do for the warining message?

Hello,I got 3 fields on SOD, and i need to alert message when the user loss to fill in those 3 fields.
the criteria is if the subject on task has contain "xxx" and Call status is "Contactable" then 3 fields can't be blank...
Is possible to do that?
