Connection refused, time to time

Hi,

We have Oracle 11.2.0.2 3 node cluster and from our application server its getting below connnection refused
errors time to time. Couldn't find any issue from listener logs.

The user is attached to profile with unlimited level of resources.

The application using JDBC driver ojdbc6.jar.
