After upgrade we are not able to release holds and validate invoice at the same time

 Hi All,

we just upgrade our version from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10 , before upgrade we were able to select validate and release holds together. But now only validate is active, release hold button is inactive. Is this a expected behaviour for 11.5.10 ?
