Migration from Oracle DB to MSSql

We have to evaluate the efforts needed to change the database of a running WebCenter Sites installation (version 7.6) from oracle to mssql. Can anyone help me with information about:
- What are the steps we have to perform?
- How is the transfer of content done?
- Is there a "best practice" procedure?
