Is it possible to convert number in to non-English words on RTF templates

 Hi,

One of the customer wants to print the total amount in words (Turkish) on a report output. Customer is using RTF template. It is possible to get the Turkish conversion by standard functions.

Found a note Convert Number in to Words in an RTF XML Publisher Template with the toCheckNumber Function (Doc ID 1329734.1) for the same, but whether with this note can we convert the numbers to words in Turkish?
