BIP character set

Hi,
I was redirected from BI Publisher comunity to ask here cause the matter concerns the embedded BIP.

I have encountered a problem in our BIP: polish character set is missing on pdfs.

User signs on JDE, runs batch application and when displays the pdf in wsj, gets ?? where polish fonts should be.

Can you please advice on that? What should I do in such situation?
