New functional currency

From January 2013 our organization want us to report in another currency from our set of book (EUR instead of SEK). 
Does anyone have experience of that?
Do we need to set up a new SOB (and a bunch of reponsibilities including inventory and WMS)?
Can we use MRC or do you have any other suggestion?
