Web ADI - uploading spreadsheets at same time caused duplicate ID number on unposted journals and wo

Our store accounting department is using Web ADI to upload spreadsheets to post to GL.  One user was working on a 280-autoreverse in JUL-13 period and another was working on a 210 in JUL-13 period.  When they uploaded, it gave them one report with both uploads having the same ID number and description on the Web ADI Journal Execution Report.  When they try to post, they look up the journal and batch status shows unposted, the category, 280 and 210 are different, but the batchname is the same and won't allow them to post.  When they go to post journals, it
