7294700 12.0.6  Need Assistance with Readme - Linux x86:As part of another SR I was asked for “R12.0.6+ : Oracle Alert Check Alert Setup Test (Doc ID 471672.1)”.
I am unable to run that test, it is unavailable, doc 471672.1 then refers me to 167000.1 which then in turn refers to Note 743396.1.
Note 743396.1 instructs one to download patch 7294700.
The readme for patch 7294700 is not clear to me.  Read me is as follows:
Execute the following command to generate your instance specific installation
instructions
Source the Applications environment file
Run the Patch Application Assistant by entering "admsi.pl".

On server that TEST instance is on, I run admsi.pl.  Oracle Patch Application Assistant launches.
