Compilation error for APXINWKB.fmx when applying patch:The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

The readme does mention a 'soft prerequisite' patch for JG 14242358, which I haven't applied - I assumed that 'soft prerequisite' meant it wasn't essential to the working of the main patch, but I may have misunderstood that.
