Systematically Disabling Acct Code Combinations with Expired Segment Values

In the R12 GL, is there any concurrent program that will disable or expire account code combinations if a segment value is currently expired via an end date value that is in the past (before today)?

For instance, an Intercompany segment value '12345' was expired with an end date of 01-JUL-2012 (but its Enabled flag is still checked ON).  Can we run a program today [10-AUG-2012] that would disable or expire any GL account code combinations which have '12345' in its Intercompany segment?

Something similar, in a sense, to how the 'Cross-Validation Rule Violation Report' program has functionality when its Disable Combination parameter is set to Yes?

Howdy, Stranger!
