Engineering Revision Error

Hi ,
We had implemented Oracle engineering  , But some items showing wrong details in revision

For Example we have a Rawmaterial Part no. AXX109112, latest revision for this part was ‘0.C’, but still it shows the old revision ‘0.0’ , when I am checking the indented bill of Assembly Item.

In Item Master if we check the revision its shows "O.C" only.

Can anyone guide me wht can be the issue.
