How to configure Weblogic 10.3.5.0 to terminate executing sql if weblogic connection is abandoned by

I apologize if my question is not well phrased, I am a DBA and not a WebLogic Admin.
In our production environment we use Weblogic 10.3.5.0 connecting to an 11.2.0.3 database. When a Weblogic connection is established by the front end and the user submits a request which would trigger a very large query to execute (return time of query > 15 minutes) we encounter the Weblogic timeout value being hit first. The value for weblogic session time out is 10 minutes, and this is desired behavior, but what we are not able to figure out is how to have weblogic also terminate the DB connection which is still executing the SQL.
