OK propt show-volumes on T4-2 reporting volume inconsistent - "FCode utility"

Hi!I am following the instructions in the Oracle documentation for the T4-2 server regarding configuring hardware RAID1 using the FCode utility. I did that and created the volume using the one line command that was given, the RAID1 is being created but it reports "Volume inconsistent" while initilizing and after initialization is complete.
Can not find any resouces to help me out figure out why is that happening and how can I remove that message which I assume is not a good thing to have on a RAID1 volume.
