DATABASES MOVE TO NEW 11.2.0.3 RAC cluster

Hi, I have a requirement to move the oracle databases in ASM from one cluster to another cluster. I need to use the same luns and no new storage. I have a single node RAC cluster with 2 databases in ASM with 2 diskgroups. I have built a new 2 node RAC cluster and created sysdg group for ocr/voting disks. Now I need to move the 2 data and FRA disk groups to the new RAC cluster and bring up the 2 databases on the new RAC cluster. What is the best approach to do this? Thanks
